Compared to the competition, the current rumours and leaks about the new PS5 are rather lacking. Recently the company did show some teasers on their website, but has now announced the final reveal date
Mark your calendars, as June 11th is going to be the official reveal of the new PS5 console. You can join in on the live event at 1:00PM (PDT) Pacific Time on June 11 2020.
As most of you know, the announcement was originally planned to have already happened on the 4th of July, which has now been rescheduled.
But the reason for this is understandable. As Sony announced in a Twitter post, the PS5 event has been pushed back to give more attention to current topics. The company is thus referring to the protests in the USA. However, Sony has now announced an alternate date for the PS5 unveiling, which we hope will be final.
So, stay tuned and make sure to check in the next few days as the new PlayStation 5 launch event is scheduled to take place on June 11, 2020 at about 1PM PDT time.
